"I had an AOG here in PBI earlier this week. A G200 came in late one night with several write ups. Mark and Zhibing were on it first thing the next morning. It was only down for the day because it had an early morning flight the next day. A couple of the write ups required some in depth troubleshooting but they found the source of the problem and they even stayed on late to make sure all maintenance and paperwork was complete for RTS so it would make the next flight.
