Our parts department stocks various rotables, consumables, expendables, and quick turn, high use items. If you have a hard-to-find part, please contact us and we will assist you with your parts needs.
Empire Aviation USA now offers an in-house, full-service Battery Shop. We can help you reduce the cost of HAZMAT shipping and turn-around times. We have the capability to service over 500 different types of batteries and emergency power supplies.

Adam is an American business leader, entrepreneur and philanthropist who currently serves as the President of Empire Workforce Solutions. He serves as the Vice Chairman of the Staffing Advisory Group. He is a graduate of The George Washington University and Brooklyn Law School. He sits on various company and charitable Boards. He also serves on the Steering Committee for Congressman Lloyd Smucker.
Chief Executive Officer
Mike is an entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience growing and managing successful businesses. He is an expert at leading businesses and maximizing their growth potential. In addition to owning his own businesses, he has consulted for many companies across multiple industries. Mike has also served in a leadership role for various corporate and not-for-profit boards, and he has served his community continuously for his entire professional career.
Mark has worked in The Aviation Maintenance Industry for over 20 years. His knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance Management and 145 Maintenance repair stations has helped grow and developed multiple aviation maintenance companies. He is passionate about providing great customer service and building lasting customer relationships. Mark expert knowledge in various aircraft products allows him to use his insight to support his team.
Chief Financial Officer
Brenda has been in Finance sector for over 25 year and holds an MBA/PhD in such. Before joining Empire, Brenda served as Vice President of Finance for over 10 years at Paramount Pictures. Brenda is responsible for managing the company’s financial operations and strategy.
Sam has been practicing corporate and securities law for over 40 years. He has extensive experience with finance and compliance for US and international companies. He also has expertise in corporate and securities law, including public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. In 2019, Sam began working for Adam Kidan as legal consultant at Empire Workforce. Today, he is a partner of that same company.
